Surviving the Datapocalypse

Session Description:

We live in a world that is controlled by big data. Major tech companies like Google and Facebook use data to guide the direction of their company. Education is no different. As educators, we are constantly being handed student data and asked to make instructional decisions. This can be an extremely overwhelming task for teachers. In this session, we will look at how educators can use Google Sheets to reduce the amount of time spent processing data and increase the amount of time spent analyzing data. By the end of this session you will leave with the skills and tools necessary to help gather, organize, and share data with students, parents, and coworkers.
